Job summary

You will plan, budget, oversee, and document project activities, translating business needs into actionable technology direction for delivery teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of change-delivery experience, familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methods, and collaboration with risk/compliance teams to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience leading technology change delivery, preferably in financial services.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Agile KanBan methodologies.
• Experience implementing complex technical integrations (APIs, web services, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage complex multi-team projects from initiation to implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders and teams to elicit needs and translate requirements.
• Manage costs, resources, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates.
• Develop project plans and coordinate communications to escalate risks.
• Ensure end-to-end testing and production deployment; ensure regulatory compliance.
