Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years minimum leading technology change delivery, preferably in financial services.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile Scrum and Agile KanBan ceremonies.
• Experience implementing complex technical integrations (APIs, web services, etc.).
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable guidance for tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage complex multi-team projects end-to-end.
• Engage with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to elicit needs.
• Manage costs, resources, risks, issues, and governance with regular status updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans with clear milestones and scope.
• Coordinate communications to resolve risks and issues quickly.
• Create dashboards and status reports for management review.
• Ensure end-to-end testing and smooth deployment of changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
