Merrick Bank is seeking a Director Technology Project Manager to drive large-scale technology initiatives in a financial services setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Agile and SAFe practices, and act as a bridge to executive stakeholders across the enterprise.

The role requires deep program management expertise, Jira/Confluence proficiency, and strong governance, risk, and delivery capabilities to ensure programs meet business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Finance or related field.
• 7–8 years of Project and Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• 2–3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Credit Card Services, FinTech, or similar industries.
• Proven success delivering complex enterprise technology programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple complex, high-visibility technology programs and projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and resource allocations.
• Drive delivery of strategic initiatives with alignment to objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with senior leaders to define objectives, success criteria, and delivery strategies.
