Job Title: Project Manager – Customer Success Initiatives

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive execution across high-impact Customer Success initiatives, specifically focusing on digital help, knowledge health, and closed-loop quality feedback mechanisms across leading platforms .

In this role, you will be the connective tissue across product, engineering, content, and design, ensuring all workstreams have clear visibility, balanced priorities, and rigorous tracking from planning through delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of customer success workstreams, ensuring initiatives stay on schedule and align with overarching business goals.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Build clear, sequenced roadmaps, maintain prioritized backlogs, and ensure every initiative is accurately reflected in planning tools.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner daily with product management, engineering, design, and content strategy teams to clarify requirements and dependencies.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks, establishing mitigation plans before they become blockers.
• Status & Reporting: Deliver transparent milestone tracking and executive-ready status reports across concurrent projects.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

• 3+ years of project management experience, with deep expertise in project scoping, sequencing, and milestone delivery.
• Multi-workstream management: Proven ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple complex projects without missing details.
• Proactive communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and keep leadership aligned.
• Cross-disciplinary comfort: Experience collaborating directly with technical (engineering), strategic (product), and creative (content/design) teams.

Tool fluency:

• PM platforms: Jira, Asana, Smartsheet (or equivalent)
• Roadmapping & executive reporting tools

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior background in customer support platforms, help center content, or knowledge management ecosystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and workflows.
• Experience operating within large, matrixed enterprise organizations.
