Job summary

Red River Managed Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee customer project efforts and deliver exceptional service throughout complex initiatives lasting 6 months or longer. This role serves as the main point of contact for our clients, coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate timelines, and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client-facing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Ability to track costs, schedule, and performance progress.
• CAPM or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project structuring and planning during pre-award and throughout full project execution
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage non-technical aspects of project delivery, including cost, performance, schedule, and quality
• Lead project meetings and ensure cross-functional teams understand their responsibilities and overall project objectives
• Develop detailed project plans
• Manage project change control processes
• Prepare project deliverables and write clear, customer-facing documentation
• Provide cross-functional leadership across project teams
• Own all aspects of project success
