Job summary

NSF is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the most complex Nonfood Compound projects. You will be the central point of accountability for project performance, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue delivery and operational excellence.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-impact programs on time

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client-facing project roles such as PM, account management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and translate needs into solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex, global Nonfood Compound projects.
• Serve as primary client relationship manager and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Translate client feedback and market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Act as global SME for Nonfood Compounds, PFAS Free, and MOAH Free programs.
• Promote program awareness through webinars, associations, and conferences.
