Job summary

7 17 Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, communication, and execution of organizational initiatives. You will work with sponsors, business leaders, teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep projects aligned with business objectives from initiation through completion.

The role focuses on organizing complex initiatives, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and change, and turning ideas into successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience leading, coordinating, or managing projects and project teams.
Experience developing and maintaining project plans and status reports.
Experience facilitating meetings and communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Experience managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence outcomes.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Understanding of project management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, schedules, milestones, and timelines using approved PM tools.
Coordinate project teams and resources to meet objectives.
Identify risks, constraints, dependencies, and critical paths.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as priorities change.
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and logs; document lessons learned.
