Job summary

STULZ in Dayton, TN seeks a project manager to lead initiatives across facilities, R&D, and client programs, aligning with PMO standards and PMI guidelines. You will define charters, manage budgets and risks, coordinate with internal/external teams, and ensure readiness for SAP go-lives.

This on-site role involves travel to other facilities and occasional vendor visits. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years PM experience, an Associate degree, and PMP/CAPM; PMP certification is required within 90

Qualifications

Associates degree in business preferred.
PMP or CAPM with 5 years PM experience; PMP certification required within 90 days.
3–5 years PM experience.
Advanced PC skills including MS Project, SAC, PowerPoint, Word, Monday.com, Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans with charter, stakeholders, communication plans, risk analysis, issues logs, change orders and governance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams internal and external to STULZ.
Oversee CAPEX expenditures, control costs, change orders and contingencies/plans.
Lead SAP readiness activities aligned with go-live and start-up.
Act as liaison between GC/onsite construction teams and STULZ internal teams.
Provide executive level status reporting on schedule, budget, risks and readiness.
Support PMO in developing standards, templates and methodologies.
