ComTec Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to deliver multiple complex concurrent projects across various geographies, on time, on budget, and within scope.

You will lead internal resources and coordinate with Support, Development, Finance, and Executive teams to ensure successful delivery. The role reports to the Director of Professional Services, has no direct reports, and requires strong MS Office/Project/SharePoint skills, excellent communication, risk management, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a related field.
• PMP/Prince certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain overall management of client relationships, project schedule, budget and scope.
• Ensure sufficient resources and budget for completing all project activities.
• Act as liaison for internal stakeholders – Support, Development, Finance, Exec management.
• Prepare Project Plans, Change Orders and Project Lists; track deliverables and decisions.
• Notify client stakeholders of issues and provide recommendations to resolve them.
• Maintain regular status updates with the Client Project Manager.
• Update documentation and work plans for approved Change Orders.
• Champion implementation methodology and manage risk.
• Update and deliver project documentation on time.
• Assist with development of project management disciplines as required.
