Qualifications

• 2–3 years direct work experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience using a project management tool or similar technology.
• Strong organizational, administrative, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources for client projects and plan timelines.
• Provide direction and support to account management and creative teams.
• Perform QA and compliance management.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders with daily stand ups and weekly status reports.
• Present reports on progress, problems, and solutions.
• Manage project changes to achieve outputs and evaluate results.
