Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field, or equivalent job experience.
• 4-6 years of advertising agency or corporate marketing experience.
• Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels (digital media, social blogs, print, direct mail, TV, radio, POS).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation/pitch skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to handle tight deadlines and changing client preferences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Thought leadership in support of client marketing and communications needs.
• Relationship management or project management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and creative development/execution.
• Establish and manage program budgets and timelines to ensure profitability.
• Develop new opportunities to grow each client’s business through proactive relationship management and referrals.
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
