Job summary

TransCore is seeking a full-time Project Manager in Ashburn, Virginia. The role coordinates all project activities from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget results while managing staff, documentation, procurement, deployment, and client relations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, monitor costs and risks, and drive successful project outcomes with strong communication to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 6-9 years of related experience (2 in leadership) or 14 years of related experience (2 in leadership).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Project management Skills.
• Planning Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Suite Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Excellent Communication skills both internally for the project team and the client.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Manage the profit and loss of the project delivery.
• Build and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor schedule and cost controls.
• Demonstrate the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Lead client and project team meetings.
