Job summary

TransCore, a subsidiary of ST Engineering, seeks a full-time Project Manager in Ashburn, Virginia. You will coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery, organizing cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will oversee staff management, documentation, procurement, deployment, and customer relations, driving quality and adherence to standards while supporting business development and proposal activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–9 years of related experience (2 in leadership) or 14 years of related experience (2 in leadership).
• PMP certification desired.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Project management skills and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Own profit and loss for project delivery and lead cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and documentation.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate staff, procurement, deployment and closeout.
• Lead meetings, communicate progress to stakeholders, and address risks.
