Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Project Manager focused on aligning portfolio projects with the organization’s strategic objectives and ensuring execution within set parameters. The PM evaluates health and performance of ED&I projects, identifies improvements, and contributes to new project strategy.

The role facilitates communication across stakeholders and delivers executive-level reports and dashboards. The PM drives data-driven insights for senior leadership, develops portfolio dashboards, monitors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field or 6+ years in portfolio/program/project management.
Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2 or Agile) preferred.
5+ years in portfolio, program or project management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
Knowledge of data management practices and project management integration.

Responsibilities

Assist Program Manager in creating and executing portfolio strategy.
Devise and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate status and financials.
Develop and enforce program regulations, procedures, and benchmarks.
Track progress, remove impediments, and ensure smooth execution.
Serve as single point of contact for timelines and resources.
Facilitate all scrum events within the program.
Manage backlog: ensure items are well-defined and prioritized.
Lead project reviews and progress meetings with proper documentation.
