Mazzella Companies in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead and manage projects related to new contract sales for overhead bridge crane systems. You will collaborate with Crane Contracts, Estimating, and Fabrication & Production to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership. You will drive continuous improvement, document scope changes, and mentor teams to meet deadlines while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Project planning, execution, and communication from inception through completion.
• Implement key processes from MMS: KPIs, CARs, Supplier Performance, Kaizen, training.
• Manage budgets and timelines in collaboration with production and sales.
• Manage scope, specs and schedule changes; ensure completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing,Purchasing and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to new contract sales for overhead bridge crane systems.
• Coordinate with Crane Contracts, Estimating, and Fabrication & Production teams.
• Ensure effective project execution across all phases and improvements.
• Document and execute changes in scope; track root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement using performance metrics and improvement plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and contractors.
