Job summary

German American Bank seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. You will own the project life cycle, building detailed project plans, aligning resources, managing timelines and budgets, and driving results.

You will partner with internal teams and third-party vendors, keeping stakeholders informed at every step. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on location within the German American footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
