Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all phases, from planning and execution to final completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing consistent communication.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, vendors, and external business partners.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement timely solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
• Maintain organized project documentation, reports, approvals, and status updates.
• Track project budgets and support administrative processes.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Assist with final project reviews, documentation, and project closeout.
