Job summary

Addison Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires strong IT project leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Agile environments and PMP considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Approximately 6+ years of IT project management experience.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple teams.
Experience in Agile environments; PMP certification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop project roadmaps outlining objectives, milestones, budgets, and timelines.
Manage execution while controlling scope, schedule, and costs.
Communicate priorities and updates to team members and stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize delays.
Provide leadership to project teams and ensure accountability.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular leadership updates.
Monitor quality and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Track progress and adapt plans as priorities change.
