Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk seeks a Project Manager to support the Senior Business Leader in driving the Core Systems Transformation program. You will coordinate business workstreams, monitor milestones, and ensure readiness activities are tracked and completed on schedule.

You will serve as the primary coordinator for cross-functional initiatives, maintain governance processes, and prepare concise, stakeholder-focused status reporting to enable leadership in communications and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management, business operations, or transformation experience.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience supporting large cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business workstreams and track business-owned deliverables.
• Monitor progress against key milestones and escalate risk or delays.
• Maintain action item, dependency, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities across impacted departments.
• Track development of business procedures, roles, and support processes.
• Identify readiness gaps and work with business leaders on mitigation plans.
• Support transition planning from implementation to business operations.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and status updates.
• Track follow-up actions and ensure accountability.
• Develop concise business-focused reporting for leadership review.
