Job summary

CRC Group seeks a senior Risk Solutions Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives across Risk Solutions platforms. You will coordinate with production, underwriting, capacity management, finance, and external partners to keep workstreams moving and aligned.

The role requires deep knowledge of wholesale insurance placement mechanics, authority structures, and executive-level communication to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in insurance program management or related functions.
• Deep knowledge of underwriting operations and delegated authority structures.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across a complex stakeholder environment.
• Familiarity with underwriting, authority structures, and specialty placement workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools and insurance operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for assigned Risk Solutions initiatives from planning to launch and operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and accountability frameworks; elevate risks and priorities.
• Coordinate portfolio initiatives with production, underwriting, and capacity management teams.
• Manage new program development workstreams from data, market intel, and partner feedback to execution plans.
• Ensure clean transitions from build to steady-state operations with documented workflows and reporting baselines.
• Serve as the primary operator with carrier partners, capital providers, and capacity sources on workstreams.
• Manage intake workflows, qualification processes, and issue resolution across program phases.
• Track initiative economics including GWP, access fees, commissions, and capacity terms.
