Job summary

Symons Fire Protection, Inc. seeks a proactive TI Project Manager to lead customers, General Contractors, designers, and field teams from pre-planning through project closeout.

You will negotiate schedules of values, read contracts, prepare change orders, and coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Estimating, and field supervision to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with clear, thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• One to five years of Project Management experience.
• Experience as Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who can lead with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pre-plan projects, communicate with partners, and ensure responsiveness.
• Bring projects in on time and on or below budget.
• Create, negotiate, and execute a schedule of values and change orders.
• Read and negotiate scopes of service and construction contracts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Estimating, and field supervision.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
