Emerald Blue is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-visibility client projects from planning through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks while coordinating with sales, design, operations, and vendors to ensure a premier client experience.

The role offers growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization, with a clear path from Associate PM to Senior PM and potential moves into sales or other areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in construction or related project-based environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.
• Ability to travel locally; occasional overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for projects from planning through closeout.
• Lead coordination meetings and serve as primary client liaison.
• Develop labor quotes and manage vendor performance to meet budget and schedule.
• Ensure site readiness and oversee installation planning and punch processes.
• Provide clear status updates and closeout documentation.
