Job summary

Emerald Blue seeks a Field Supervisor to lead crews in commercial furniture installations and related facility services. You will manage daily dispatch, ensure safety and quality on-site, and collaborate with accounting for reimbursements and billing.

Qualifications

• Leadership to guide crews of 2–25+ members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and databases.
• Ability to perform all physical tasks required for Installer/Lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence: complete projects on schedule and to spec.
• Daily coordination with dispatch to receive assignments and plan schedule.
• Collaborate with safety manager on safety-related concerns.
• Submit receipts for reimbursements and manage billable charges with accounting.
• Monitor and control outside overhead expenses during installations.
• Review project scopes with salesperson for clarity and alignment.
• Assist warehouse team with returns or stock handling.
• Document disciplinary actions and provide HR feedback as needed.
• Prepare and maintain reports (DVIR, BOL, disposal forms).
• Ensure safe installation techniques on all projects.
• Communicate daily work plan to team, including breaks and redirections.
• Provide physical support to project tasks as required.
