Job summary

American Engineering Testing (AET) seeks a Project Manager 2 to coordinate and complete client-driven projects, leveraging AET’s engineering capabilities. You will manage proposals, budgets, and contract requirements while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes and repeat business.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, technical understanding, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to manage large-scope/high-risk projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scope and/or high-risk projects from proposal to completion.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead inter-office and/or inter-department project teams.
• Determine cost structure, adjust fee schedules, and provide estimates for work.
• Review, draft, and negotiate sub-consultant contracts in accordance with company policy.
• Read, understand, and comply with all project contractual requirements.
• Ensure all projects have necessary documentation completed, including proposals, contracts, and Acknowledgement of Services.
