Job summary

The University of Oregon, Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health, seeks a Project Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex, high-impact initiatives advancing the child behavioral health training program as a national model.

You will lead governance, planning, and performance management, collaborate with executive leadership, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of full-time, professional project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making among leaders and stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
• Experience leading and managing complex projects in education, public policy, or health sectors (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for high-impact initiatives in the child behavioral health program.
• Lead project governance, planning, and performance management across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with executive leadership to set goals, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive alignment across departments.
• Report to Senior Director and Chief of Staff; ensure accountability and project success.
