Job summary

• Required Education as listed: Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Behavior Management, or related Health Care field.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience; experience with applied behavior analysis and clinical operations.
• BCBA certification required; board-certified and active.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word; familiarity with Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Ability to design individualized behavior plans and interpret data across age groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with families and staff.
