Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and comply with service plans.
• Maintain resource trackers, capacity charts, and dashboards.
• Identify risks and perform critical path analysis; document lessons learned.
• Engage stakeholders and align on project goals and deliverables.
