Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Project Manager II for CDx Pharma Services in Tucson, AZ. You will lead projects from concept to completion, develop work plans, schedules, and status reports, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of PM experience in diagnostics/pharma/biotech, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. A PMP or Agile background is preferred; bachelor’s in life sciences is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences preferred.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in diagnostics/pharma/biotech.
• PMP certification or Scrum/Agile PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Improvement: manage multiple projects from initiation to completion and track progress.
• Operations & Compliance: ensure deadlines and service plan compliance with cross-functional teams.
• Resource & Data Management: maintain data integrity of resource trackers and dashboards; manage CAPEX budget.
• Strategic Best Practices: implement best practices within the clinical sciences team.
• Risk & Requirement Management: identify risks and bottlenecks; document requirements and lessons learned.
• Stakeholder Management: align diverse stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
