Job summary

IT Engagements in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager II - CDx Pharma Services to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion in Tucson, AZ. You will develop detailed work plans, manage schedules, resource planning, and status reports while ensuring compliance and timely delivery in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in project management within diagnostic/pharma/biotech, strong communication, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Life sciences preferred.
2–5 years of PM experience in diagnostic, medical device, pharma, or biotech.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Improvement: Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure deadlines and compliance with the service plan.
Resource & Data Management: Maintain data integrity of resource trackers and dashboards.
Strategic Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement and knowledge exchange.
Risk & Requirement Management: Identify risks and perform critical path analysis.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and align diverse stakeholders on goals.
