Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Tucson, AZ seeks a Project Manager II - CDx Pharma Services to lead project delivery from concept to completion on onsite basis for a 12-month assignment.

You will develop work plans, schedules and budgets, manage cross-functional teams, and report status to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with service plans.

Ideal candidate has 2-5 years PM experience in pharma/diagnostic field; PMP and Scrum/Agile experience preferred; Master’s degree a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in diagnostic, medical device, pharma, or biotech.
• PMP certification and Scrum/Agile experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to handle ambiguity.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project; Google Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, tracking progress and cross-functional plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional interactions to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with service plans.
• Maintain data integrity of resource trackers, dashboards, and project reports for stakeholders.
• Apply strategic best practices within the clinical sciences team and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and conduct lessons learned sessions to improve future projects.
• Engage and manage diverse stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
