Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects on time and within budget, while maximizing customer satisfaction and safety. This role is customer-facing and part of a dynamic team aimed at growing with Convergint.

You will coordinate procurement, manage milestones, and maintain accurate project records, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong cash flow for assignments.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a technical environment is required.
• Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers and teams.
• Ability to analyze costs, manage budgets, and optimize resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements to project team and maintain records of status, changes, and material flow.
• Act as the customer’s main service provider and ensure satisfaction, safety and quality.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services for timely project completion within budget.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection when needed.
