Element Three is seeking a Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of client work from kickoff to final deliverable. You will stay organized, support cross‑team collaboration, and maintain clear, data‑driven communication across all stakeholders.

You will draft plans, manage milestones, and oversee QA checks before shipping. This role emphasizes process, accountability, and the ability to handle fast‑moving, decomposed projects in a collaborative agency setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain positive relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify creative solutions and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of brand and demand marketing concepts and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Draft a Project Plan for new projects and monitor progress.
• Schedule key meetings with internal team and clients to ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Assemble a project timeline and assign milestones and tasks in the PM system.
• Verify client deliverables pass QA before shipment to the client.
• Facilitate team Slack discussions and meetings to maintain clarity and reduce risks.
• Schedule and lead project status calls with clients and internal teams.
• Navigate project issues quickly and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Monitor budgets and provide forecast projections to finance.
