AREA 23 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multichannel client deliverables from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams across agency departments, vendors and clients, shaping scopes of work and directing project planning.

In this role, you will mentor junior members, optimize processes, manage files, and contribute to financial management and new business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations or related field.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM or equivalent (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Workfront) and basic financial management tools (e.g., SAP).
• Multichannel production knowledge across print, video and digital platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Financial aptitude and experience in campaign launch processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments, vendors and clients to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, execution and quality control, conducting impact analyses and developing scopes of work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting process optimization.
• Maintain organized files, ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, and participates in financial management and new business development.
