You will draft plans, manage milestones, and oversee QA checks before shipping. This role emphasizes process, accountability, and the ability to handle fast‑moving, decomposed projects in a collaborative agency setting.

• Facilitate team Slack discussions and meetings to maintain clarity and reduce risks.
• Schedule and lead project status calls with clients and internal teams.
• Navigate project issues quickly and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Monitor budgets and provide forecast projections to finance.

The Project Management department ensures our clients experience efficient and seamless servicing of their work. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of work on your assigned projects from kickoff to final deliverable. You are a force that helps keep the troops organized and supported. You remain both informed and informative. You are at home in the details and prefer having data to support your actions. You may not know the answer to every question, but you are determined to find it. You keep track of each task, milestone, and project to ensure they maintain progress. A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

• Draft a Project Plan for a new project.


• Schedule key meetings with the internal team and client to make sure all stakeholders are present and fully informed.


• Assemble a timeline for a new project and assign the appropriate milestones and tasks within our project management system.


• Confirm that a client deliverable has passed through the appropriate internal QA process before it is shipped to the client.


• Facilitate team Slack discussions and meetings to maintain clarity for all participants and mitigate any risks to project success.


• Schedule and facilitate a project status client call. You'll keep everyone on schedule, take note of key updates and potential project roadblocks, and ensure that immediate next steps are identified and assigned.


• Navigate a fire on an active project. The wrong ad creative was launched, and the client needs to be informed of how we're going to resolve the issue quickly.


• Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide forecast projections to Element Three's finance team.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:

• The ability to effectively maintain positive relationships with internal and client stakeholders.


• Proven success in identifying creative solutions to complex problems and managing multiple priorities.


• Knowledge of, or desire to learn more about, brand and demand marketing strategies, concepts, and tactics.


• Experience creating and delivering client-facing project progress and status reports.


• Familiarity with navigating and utilizing project management software.


• At least 2 years in a program or project manager role in a services industry environment. Agency experience is a plus.
