Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Project Manager with a BA background to lead cross‑functional initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in aerospace, automotive, hi‑tech and more. You will translate business needs into clear documentation, partner with stakeholders, and drive scope, deliverables, and resources with an emphasis on timely execution.

You will collaborate with business teams, use PM tools, and integrate AI capabilities to enhance planning and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in project management with business analysis background.
Ability to document, analyze, and translate business requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs, objectives and challenges.
Document and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate details into proper documentation for teams and sponsors.
Collaborate with stakeholders and PMs to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Track requirements and align with business roadmaps.
Plan projects, estimate work, and allocate resources.
Monitor progress and flag risks or deviations from plan.
Utilize PM tools to create, track, and report on projects.
Adopt and integrate AI tools into PM activities.
Experience with Apple ecosystem is preferred.
