Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Project Manager with a BA background to lead cross‑functional initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in aerospace, automotive, hi‑tech and more. You will translate business needs into clear documentation, partner with stakeholders, and drive scope, deliverables, and resources with an emphasis on timely execution.

You will collaborate with business teams, use PM tools, and integrate AI capabilities to enhance planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management with business analysis background.
• Ability to document, analyze, and translate business requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs, objectives and challenges.
• Document and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate details into proper documentation for teams and sponsors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and PMs to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track requirements and align with business roadmaps.
• Plan projects, estimate work, and allocate resources.
• Monitor progress and flag risks or deviations from plan.
• Utilize PM tools to create, track, and report on projects.
• Adopt and integrate AI tools into PM activities.
• Experience with Apple ecosystem is preferred.

What You Will Do

• Great communication
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate all the details to proper documentation.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders and project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Tracking and maintain log of business requirements for prioritization and ensure requirements align with business roadmaps
• Project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan via meetings, recaps and trackers
• Experience using PM tools for creating, tracking and reporting etc..,
• Started using AI tools for PM activities
• Apple experience preferred

What You Will Bring

• Experience presentation/project management Tools like Quip, Keynote, Miro, Slack
• Project Management experience
• to provide support to a wide variety of business teams
• Good Interpersonal, relationship building, communication and presentation skills

Pay Range: $105000 - $115000 per annum

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Seattle, WA, USA

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
