Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Complex Programs to direct and govern large-scale, enterprise delivery engagements on client premises in West Palm Beach, FL. You will own operational delivery, bridging engineering streams in software, cloud, and AI, while interfacing with senior enterprise stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive governance, schedules, and milestones, and ensure security and governance standards are met throughout

Qualifications

• Based in West Palm Beach area with on-site/hybrid schedule at customer location.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex production programs in enterprise environments.
• Proven senior-level functional management and technical direction across multi-disciplinary teams without direct reporting lines.
• Proven ability to engage senior customer stakeholders, steer executive conversations, and manage delivery expectations on customer premises.
• Strong program management across software, cloud, and AI engineering streams.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using modern frameworks and orchestrators (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience designing frontend apps (React, Angular, Vue) handling streaming data or real-time queries.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma).
• Experience deploying Docker and Kubernetes to major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed architectures.
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL, plus Pandas and Spark for data engineering.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end program governance, execution, and delivery across large-scale enterprise engagements.
• Build, monitor, and optimize master program schedules across software, cloud, and AI streams.
• Establish delivery metrics, roadmaps, and status reporting for internal teams and senior client leadership.
• Drive timelines, scope, budget fidelity, and QA across all engineering deliverables.
• Provide senior leadership to multi-disciplinary teams without direct reporting lines.
• Engage with executive client stakeholders, steer conversations, and align roadmaps with objectives.
• Ensure architectures and deployment pipelines meet security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Capture patterns and reusable assets to enhance Kyndryl's delivery capabilities.
