Job summary

Kyndryl Project Manager roles oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be the driving force and the single point of contact to the client, coordinating teams across functions in a multicultural, often multilingual environment.

You’ll build detailed project plans, manage risks and finances, lead meetings, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining a strong client relationship. Strong communication, English fluency, and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• SCRUM or Project Management skills.
• Basic TI knowledge (architectural).
• Organization and planning skills.
• Teamwork with "one team" philosophy.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of major projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Construct detailed project plans and manage teams.
• Lead meetings, status calls and planning cadences.
• Analyze and mitigate risks; manage finances; ensure skills alignment.
• Hit deadlines and SLAs; deliver value to the client; maintain strong relationships.
