Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Project Manager for Small Business Bank. You will lead evaluation and execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience and financial results, working with stakeholders across the company to deliver high-impact features.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, conduct user research, and maintain a healthy backlog in a dynamic agile environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Process Management.
• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
• Experience in Product Management is preferred.
• Knowledge of legacy mainframe or account ledger technologies is a plus.
• Experience using data tools (SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Onelake) is desirable.
