Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Process Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodology.
• At least 1 year of experience in Legacy Mainframe or Account Ledger Technologies.
• At least 1 year of experience using Data tools, e.g. SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Onelake.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• At least 8 years of experience in Project Management.
• At least 5 years of Process Management experience.
• LEAN, Six Sigma or Business Process Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and defining new intent.
• Leading a cross functional team in maintaining and developing a core technology stack.
• Driving process improvements focused on desired customer outcomes.
• Conducting user research to assess real opportunities and inform designs.
• Maintaining a healthy backlog and regularly prioritizing backlog as business evolves.
• Working with various stakeholders to establish roadmaps in ambiguous context.
• Helping team to remove impediments using a strong problem-solving approach.
• Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of capabilities and features.
