Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support the delivery of mission-critical projects by leading teams, collaborating to solve problems, and driving for results across multiple initiatives.

You will guide projects from planning to post-launch, perform research and analysis to help business and program managers, and create deliverables such as project plans, scope definitions, cost estimates, resource plans, governance structures, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to identify business challenges via analysis and then present compelling solutions to large audiences.
• Skilled communicator who encourages collaboration and responds to complex questions thoughtfully.
• Values inclusivity, authenticity, respect and engagement; dependable team member.
• Has facilitated meetings ranging in size with diverse audiences.
• Led projects and are familiar with project life cycles; able to enlist help, sift through data, re-prioritize and strategize.
• Can synthesize obscure information into clear talking points and analyze financials, cost/benefit and business case development.
