Job summary

Capital One is seeking a strategic Project Manager within the Consumer Intelligence team to orchestrate research operations, deliver complex projects, and ensure structured delivery across the customer feedback program. You will coordinate with cross-functional partners and vendors, drive documentation, and oversee process governance in a dynamic, agile environment.

The role requires six years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree or military background, and preferred PMP/Lean/Agile or Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• At least six years experience in Process or Project Management.
• PMP/Lean/Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and Jira.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead research operations and deliver new research and surveys to capture customer feedback at key moments in the customer journey.
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects; develop and maintain business requirements and delivery plans; track progress against timelines and risks; develop communication strategies for stakeholders.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment; connect with stakeholders to set expectations and remove blockers; lead delivery prep meetings with tech, LOB partners, and vendors.
