Job summary

nVent is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Operations in a hybrid role based in St Louis Park, MN. You will lead strategic commercial transformation initiatives across regions and functions, turning bold ideas into actionable programs in a global, matrixed environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR to drive adoption, manage dependencies, and report progress to senior leaders. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales transformation.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations across regions.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex commercial operations and sales transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate across Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain momentum by tracking commitments, surfacing risks, and providing updates to leaders.
• Guide teams through changes in processes, tools, and ways of working including pilots and adoption.
• Provide decision-ready recommendations and clear progress updates.
