Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate resources and documentation through the entire project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, and contractual requirements with trade partners. This role requires risk management, insurance coordination, and proactive communication with owners and the project team.

You will lead meetings, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and progress against the project plan, while demonstrating Suffolk’s core values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline and experience relative to project size/scope.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent business judgment demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and strong project close-outs with client and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project resources to meet budget and schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with Owner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build effective relationships with clients and Suffolk project team.
• Oversee project start-up, schedule of values and project logs, safety and mobilization planning.
