Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, managing risks and budgets, and delivering milestones on schedule while ensuring high-quality project documentation and process improvements in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ proven experience managing projects in a complex environment.
• Proficiency with PMI/PMBOK and Agile methodologies.
• Strong concepts in data collection, analysis, and process mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategic initiatives across departments.
• Conduct observations, develop actionable plans, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with finance to develop business model calculations.
• Maintain documentation and update stakeholders and executives.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to remove roadblocks and hit milestones.
• Travel between local locations for meetings and observations as required.
