AdventHealth is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects within our healthcare system, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans and mentor teams in project management practices.

The role requires PMP certification, 4+ years of experience, and strong stakeholder communication. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with emphasis on healthcare or engineering contexts. On-site work in Florida is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Experience in Engineering, Healthcare, or Business environments preferred.
• Familiarity with analytical & data visualization software (Minitab, Tableau).
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs and schedules, alert stakeholders to deviations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address roadblocks and milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to implement change.
• Maintain documentation and status of project timelines for transparency.
• Prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and customer relationships.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead change management initiatives and address issues.
• Provide leadership for development of project management standards.
• Develop business models supporting short and long-term roadmaps.
• Mentor team members in PM tools and methodologies.
