AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to independently scope and lead strategic initiatives across multiple departments. You will manage cost, schedule and quality, while maintaining stakeholder communications and enabling change across the organization.

Required skills include PMI/PMBOK, Agile experience, and strong data-driven decision making. This full-time role offers growth, support, and comprehensive benefits in a mission-driven healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of project management tools & methodologies, including data collection/analysis tools.
• Risk management, budget & resource planning, project documentation, and schedule tracking.
• Proficient with PMI, PMBOK, and Agile.
• Ability to translate high level concepts into actionable items and conduct process mapping/root cause analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead a project independently under limited direction and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to transfer clients’ perceptions of problems into viable solutions with diplomacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project) and Office 365; familiar with MS Visio, Tableau, etc.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online or Jira preferred.
