Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Project Manager who owns execution from concept through adoption, partnering with leadership to turn priorities into action. You’ll lead enterprise-wide initiatives, remove obstacles, and ensure lasting impact across technology, operations, and strategy.

This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and driving momentum while collaborating with senior leaders to deliver measurable results for our residents and property owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site or operational environments.
• Property management or multifamily industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of tech and operational initiatives from planning through adoption.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive resolution.
• Lead system rollouts, integrations, upgrades, and automation.
• Map end-to-end workflows and reduce manual work and friction.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Ensure successful go-lives and post-launch stabilization.
• Use dashboards/BI to track progress and inform decisions.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvements.
• Develop scorecard matrices and evaluation frameworks.
• Keep tech stack lean and integrated for efficiency.
