Job summary

Orgill in the United States is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of enterprise software, cloud, and IT infrastructure programs. You will drive planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and governance across projects, balancing technical rigor with business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical projects.
Advanced Jira expertise with dashboards, workflows and plugins.
Experience with Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Wrike or similar tools.
Experience in Wholesale, Retail, and/or Distribution Warehousing.
Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Customer service skills and delivery.
Organization and time management skills.
Team-oriented and able to work unsupervised.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for technical solutions, including enterprise software implementations, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and integrations.
Develop detailed project plans using Jira and similar tools; ensure scopes are understood by all stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning sessions including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, retrospectives, and release planning.
Gather requirements, define User Stories, and translate business needs into technical specs with technical teams and SMEs.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop effort estimates, budgets, and ensure effective vendor SOWs.
Direct and monitor teams; manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources with scheduling tools.
Identify, track, and report on milestones; maintain systems of record for project reporting.
Manage risks with responses and contingency plans, including disaster recovery strategies.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders; prepare status reports, presentations, and documentation.
Apply Change Management methods to ensure smooth stakeholder transitions with minimal impact.
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Operations for seamless transitions into Orgill’s ecosystems.
Ensure adherence to PM and enterprise architecture best practices.
Promote governance and compliance; support IT strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives.
