Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within Business Integration, focusing on Device Swap Governance (DSG) programs and operational transformation efforts.

This role covers full lifecycle delivery from definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Wrike.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support
• Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and business goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Own and manage RAID logs, including mitigation and escalation strategies
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including status updates
